Matt is a HAAG-certified Roof inspector (#201209206) and a licensed General Contractor. He has served customers in the construction, roofing and property management industries for more than two decades.

Matt graduated from East Tennessee State University and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Leigh Ann is Director of Sales and Marketing and Matt’s wife of 20 years. She joined the Garrett Construction and Roofing team in 2010. A native of Clinton, Tennessee, Leigh Ann graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Before joining Garrett Construction, she spent most of her career working in the senior care Industry, serving as Director of Sales and Marketing for Kindred Healthcare’s East Tennessee District, Administrator of Atria Weston Place Assisted Living and Regional Director of Operations for Camellia Home Health.

Nathan Kluemper has nearly 20 years of construction experience with an extensive background in industrial, commercial, residential and insurance restoration construction. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in structural engineering and construction management. Nathan is married with three daughters. The family moved to East Tennessee from Indiana in 2006. Nathan enjoys taking a project from the start and seeing it all the way through completion.

Sonia joined the Garrett Construction team in 2011. She holds a degree in accounting from University of Memphis. Her experience includes 15 years working in the accounting and tax departments for Federal Express. Sonia is married and the mother of three teenagers. Her family moved to Knoxville in 2003, and she calls it “one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.”

An experienced insurance restoration professional, Ken Rochelle has lived in East Tennessee most of his life. He is a graduate of Maryville High School and the University of Tennessee. He has lived in the Rocky Hill area of West Knoxville for the past 30 years with his wife and two daughters. Ken spent a decade in the insurance restoration business, served five years as a property adjuster and 11 years as vice president of a local stone/masonry company in the Knoxville area.

Nina Mata joined Garrett in 2024. She has a degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Purdue University and over 20 years of professional construction experience in industrial, commercial, and residential. She grew up in the Chicago suburbs but has settled happily into Knoxville with her husband and son.

Drew is an East Tennessee native and Tennessee Tech University alumnus who brings a multi-faceted perspective to his profession. He has a strong foundation in parts and materials wholesale working in industrial and general contracting industries, paired with years of hands-on experience in insurance restoration. Drew thrives on transforming ambitious project plans into reality, combining sharp logistical execution with an authentic, relationship-first approach.
